Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are for journalists working in National Hindi News Channel

I do hereby out of free will declare that, I ll abide all the terms and conditions of the indian laws, code of conduct of journalism and other terms and conditions imposed by the Rashtriya Hindi News Channel. The company has every right to remove me as an journalist if I found in any sort of illegal activity or any activity which caused any loss to the Rashtriya Hindi News channel or found in any anti-social activity and in that event in will not be entitled to file any kind of claim whatsoever against the company/channel.

I further declare and assure as under.

1. That I am a fresher and have recently attached with the Rashtriya Hindi News Channel, and during the training period (if any) I will bear all the expanses of training and other things.
2. That I will not claim any airtime amount from the company and its employees, further the amount of money which I have deposited with the Rashtriya Hindi News channel is purely non-refundable and can only be recovered by way of advertisements on the web channel only.
3. That right to appoint, terminate and renew any member will be solely lies with the Rashtriya Hindi News Channel only, and in case if I found indulge in any kind of illegal or any sort of activity which is not permissible the Rashtriya Hindi News Channel will have the exclusive right to take the proper recourse against me without assigning any reasons and I ll be solely responsible for such act and would not held liable Rashtriya Hindi News Channel in any form.
4. That I further undertake and declare that the Rashtriya Hindi News Channel is having the exclusive copy right of the entire venture and I will be bound by the terms and conditions of the copy right act and will not share any idea whatsoever with any third person.
5. That in case of any dispute between me and Rashtriya Hindi News Channel the matter will be referred to the sole arbitrator having office at delhi only and having minimum practice of at least 10 years.
6. That after a period of 3 months from the date of entering in to the agreement, the Rashtriya Hindi News Channel will be having a right to re asses the entire work done by me and in case my work found to be un- satisfactory, the Rashtriya Hindi News Channel will have the exclusive right to terminate my agreement and to forfeit my given amount.
7. That the airtime amount is non-refundable.
8. That as far as news section is concerned I undertake and assures the Rashtriya Hindi News Channel that I will be doing my work with upmost modesty and would collect the news by my own. I further undertake and assures that in case my news founds to be false and fabricated the Rashtriya Hindi News Channel will be having exclusive right to terminate my services forthwith.
9. I do hereby declare and undertake that I am aware with all the facts and details of the present agreement and understood it completely and the same has been communicated to me in my vernacular language.
